2026 Miked Up Series

For two years, the University of West Georgia Culture Lab has proudly presented the Miked Up series, a premier educational and entertainment experience featuring Mike Mattison, a two-time Grammy Award-winning singer and songwriter. This dynamic event blends world-class musical performance with an in-depth exploration of the blues, offering a rare and immersive experience for the Carrollton community.

In February 2026, the third annual Miked Up event will take place at the Carrollton Center for the Arts. To enhance the impact of this program and provide additional support for UWG Music students, we are offering an opportunity for individuals and organizations to contribute through a tiered sponsorship system.

**VIP afterparty is held backstage at the Carrollton Center for the Arts. This exclusive opportunity includes luxurious charcuterie selections and world-class wines as well as the opportunity to socialize with Mike Mattison and hear a few more songs in an intimate, acoustic setting.

All proceeds from the Miked Up series directly support UWG Music students, providing scholarships, resources, and opportunities to advance their musical education and careers. Over the past two years, this event has raised more than $9,000. With your generous support, we aim to exceed that amount in 2026.
